Order Process

Please complete the application form for the registry certificate you wish to obtain:

• Land Registry Certificate
• Building Registry Certificate
• Company Registry Certificate

After submitting the required information, your request will be received by our team.

Within 30 hours, we will send you an e-mail containing:

• Confirmation details for the land, building, or company you requested
• A secure payment link

This confirmation process helps ensure that the registry information we retrieve matches the property or company you intend to investigate.

Please review the confirmation details provided in our e-mail carefully.

If the information matches the land, building, or company you wish to obtain records for, please complete your payment using the payment link provided.

Within 48 hours after payment confirmation, we will obtain the official Japanese registry certificate based on the confirmed information and deliver it to you in PDF format via e-mail.
*For certain types of registry certificates that are not available through the online system, delivery may take up to 48 hours excluding weekends.

If you request the optional English translation service, we will deliver an English translation of the registry certificate in PDF format within an additional 48 hours.

You may also request the English translation after reviewing the original Japanese registry certificate delivered in Step 4.

In that case, we will send you a payment link upon request, and the English translation PDF will be delivered within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
